RE:Maybe the question should be...I think when properties are farmed out the parties can negotiate what the deal regarding NSRs might look like, TUO has quite a stable of properties with royalties attached, most of which have a no buy-back clause. Checking on TUO's website and the latest MD&A here's what I came up with. I can't guarantee perfect accuracy but I think it's close and should give an idea of what Dino has brokered in this area, the significance of which can't be underestimated.
Treaty Creek core - .98%, Treaty Creek peripheral - 1.49%, King Tut & Tut - 2%, High North - 2.5%, Orion - 2.5%, Delta East - 1.5%, Delta West - 2.5%, Fairweather East - 1%, Fairweather North - 2%, Harry - 2%, Del Norte - .5% that can be purcased for $1million, Clone - 2% shared with SVG, Bay Silver 2% can be purchased, Silver Crown - 2% can be purchaed.
All this plus cash in the bank with more coming in, low share dilution, more than respectable burn rate, numerous JV's, etc, and perhaps most importantly, great management.
I've researched and invested in a number of companies in the GT, including our TC partners, and in my opinion, TUO comes out miles ahead of all the rest when all the fundamentals are considered. The current share price leaves me scratching my head.
