Not so fast peggy. There is no way a pp can have any effect on filing the financials if it doesn't happen within the filing period. Now having said that, lisa could not exaggerate the reason for not filing the financials. Do you see where I'm going with this? Good. No hold on the shares, transferable warrants, a change of control perhaps? My bet is that someone else is involved.
