RE:RE:TCF...Will be volatile!!! Dont Fall in LOVE..TRADE IT!!!Remember....any new financing will again bring MASSSIVE...Dilution. Example:: if they were to do a $20mm equity placement at lets say .30 cents with equal warrants issued...then they will have to issue 66mm shares and 66mm warrants..this will bring more hugh dilution to the outstanding share count. They now presently have I believe around 87mm, bringing a possible new fully diluted shares outstanding to over 219mm shares....this play has turned into a mess and possible financial disaster and hurt retail investors the most...feel for all yous...CEO needs to explain all his actions....then we must ask, why was he permitted to sell at the pre-consolidation price of .36 cents..while he had critical insider knowledge....remember all them selling prior to consolidation....I DO...shameful!!!!..also that .36 cents, represents the now post consolidated share price of $1.80..while shareholders today see a stock price of under .40 cents...and maybe much lower...WOW...just remembering.....and reflecting back...
