It boils down to

It boils down totwo - separate - things:

1.) Management has shown itself to be totally incapable of responsibly managing a public company.  There needs to be a shakeup with a new board of experienced directors with cred.  Question is whether Lisa could take a demotion to Operations Manager as well as removal from the board. Hard to imagine anyone accepting that, however.  Still, Lightspeed offers an example.

2.) The business model and execution.  This remains to be seen but too many seem ready to throw the baby out with the bathwater.  I'd certainly propose that no one new GET INTO that dirty water but the rest of us already in knew or should have known the risks.  Bailing out now suggests it's the type of company you shouldn't have invested in in the first place.

Anyway, I advise not conflating these two issues if you are long.
