Proxy Voting

Proxy VotingIf you haven't yet cast your votes yet the best way to do so is by proxy and it's easy:

1 - go to www.voteproxyonline.com

2 - on that screen you'll be asked to input a control number.  You'll find that number on your proxy information circular that was mailed to you (top of page 2).  If you don't have that or can't locate it, email the exchange at info@tmx.com and ask that the information be resent to you.

3 - enter the control number and you'll arrive at a screen that gives you the ability to vote on:
  • confirming Cynthia as CEO
  • confirming the 3 Board Members as continuing to be on the Board
  • confirming the ongoing option structure to compensate the Board for their work
4 - then in the bottom right corner of the screen you'll be asked to continue and on the next screen the bottom right of the screen will have a button that reads "cast vote".  Click that and you're done.

As a shareholder I can tell you what I like about my own proxies and I'll share with you that I voted in support of all items on the ballot.  We couldn't ask for better representation than Cynthia and the Board is working hard on our behalf.  Their compensation is beyond fair and should continue as is.

If you have any questions about the process just message me on Stockhouse and I'll happily help you out.  Make sure you get your proxies done shortly if you haven't done them already.  The most valuable thing you get as a shareholder is your vote, please use it.

Hope that helps,

Steve
