You are naive if you think TA of a microcap has any value. It's because you don't understand chance, which makes you think everything is relevant, even TA.
PS. Your "merely" suggestion is generalized.
You seem to have it all figured out... All i can say is TA has had extraordinary value for me over the years and most recently it kept me retaining a modest position in PLAN with the intention to add more at the lower levels now being reached. But if you'd just prefer to call that strategy naive and the strategy of holding shares all the way down the smart move then you and I are working from opposing dictionaries.
In terms of brokers and yachts...anyone who's invested long enough knows that retail is merely cannon fodder for an industry that just wants to push paper and line their own pockets.
