CEO...ISSUES HIMSELF RIGHTS!!Recently filed on Oct.25th, 2023...CEO, received 4800 new rights valued at $3600.00. This I assume this is in exchange for some kind of service he has provided and chosen to receive rights instead of payment..I guess his $500k salary not enough ??..to check, look upper page header...under "Insider"....no surprise here..another way of acquiring cheap shares at its bottom im sure we are close to...
