Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. Are you crazy?!  An oligopoly is pretty much a monopoly with a few guys that have to get along to inflate profits. We have so many competitive advantages to carve out a profitable niche it's redic!
But your post raises a great point. How does ETI Maden or Rio Tinto allow little Boron One to progress to more costly levels. They are absolute fools to not buy out the operation to control the rights and maintain their grip on the market. It also provides some seriously high grade product to sell for specialty uses.

Considering the low level offers Tim is jumping all over, one would think nothing serious has been discussed.
Anyway, at this point, just keep the lights on a little longer and we will be looking real tasty to someone using Boron in a daily basis.
