RE:Management OwnershipIf they were smart, they would buy the company's stock to assure investors that they not only believe shares are inexpensive, but that they are subject to the same risks as other investors. Skin in the game matters, and too many companies' executives just want to take investors for a ride while not caring about the end result for the company. As long as they get paid, they don't care. They need to prove that they care to win investor confidence, and that doesn't mean giving themselves more stock option compensation; that means putting their hard-earned money where their mouths are. Good management matters, and it can make or break companies.
