In Qubec EV demand is very strong. I see more and more of these vehicules on the road, all brand included not only Tesla, Last month we installed electric charging stations at my condo building because one of the resident bought an EV. Ok thx because I think on the weather too. Yea, article after article, even the other day saying demand is so high, people are paying up for hybrids. Yep, the interest rates is actually the one constant, in any circle & it's coming down now. Took time, but added to the US consumers too, just are not letting up. These are different economies now & I think the lock-downs, the optics of deserted streets, etc., changed perceptions out there.
On Livent, remember they had tried mugging E3 for a better deal after agreeing to 20% of the company @ 40 cents...then E3 scored IO j/v.
