The Manufacturing segment is comprised of three lines of business: Environmental Access Solutions, Multi-Storey Window Solutions and Precision Manufacturing & Engineering. The Company also focuses on portable hydronic (glycol-based) climate-controlled equipment.

If i remember correctly, years and years ago, they acquired a company named " West tower USA" and it was a pain in the a$$... quarter after quarter. They finally got ride of it and it had an almost immediate effect on their results and on the stock price.

That's the only bad asset i can remember.
