The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

RE:RE:RE:Distributions are safe for the foreseeable future.100%, Inovalis is extrememly cheap based on the underlying assets. Basically trading at the value of cash on the books (proceeds from prior sales) and the appraised redevelopment value of Arcueil less debt, basically getting all the remaining office for free. 

I own a bunch and have for a while, do believe WFH concerns are not as signifcant in Europe - but there is in my mind a small to medium chance the distribution is cut if any Arcuiel sale is delayed.
