Call Highlights

Call HighlightsIn the coming weeks will release 2024 budget and details regarding the return of capital to shareholder plan

2024 FCF forecast around $800m and 50% return to shareholder contrasting with $500m in 2023 and 30% return to shareholder.  Done through base dividend and buybacks.
(by my math is $150m in 2023 increasing to $400m in 2024)
(could double the dividend to $130m and still have $270m for buybacks or 13-14m shares at $20.  $66m 2023YTD in buybacks.)

On plan to reach debt target in Q1 2024 as previoiusly guided
