RE:RE:RE:NG pricing is KILLING POU......POU is really a private company, and they only report enough to satisfy the markets.
(Insiders own 46%)
Embedded Value not Recognized, you can't measure POU on the basis of Producion only. The have one of the largest land bases in the industry, and is working in the background on land deals continually, they only disclose when they have to and this quarter they disclosed 10 additional sections at Karr and 10 additional sections at wapiti. Pou has been drilling at clearwater but it is not reported, and are huge holders in Liard and Horn river, wells with 50 BCF a well that produce at 50 million a day.
The own 276,000 acres in the clearwater/Bluesky - ( That puts them in a competative land position with companies that are the biggest players in the clearwater.
Liard Basin and Horn river are huge gas basin, right along the pathway for the new TOU lead LNG project.
ARX has a lot of postage stamp plays like sunrise and septimus that are very small.
Many companies today have primary assets that were sold to them buy POU. Companies like Meg, Waterious, Cresent Point, Arc Resources (Kakwa) and the list goes on.
These are the top companies, you likely will not undestand POU it is not a typical oil company and has a lot of science and their own drilling rigs, drilling the longest wells in the basin.
They also own interest in many companies that are not disclosed, POU is the darling of the oil and gas industry, and just commenting on size, and not on profitability, balance sheet, share counts, and assets, is a very uninformed way to look at Paramount.
POU is a $50 dollar stock and investors can hold it with confidence, and make big gain as we ride the waves of the oil and gas industry.
