RE:RE:Reit sector rallies. This one’s totally ignored.!!Because of the concessions to Yellowknifers during the wildfires Q3 results likely will not be a true indication of the AFFO going forward. This is likely a 2024 story insofar as numbers as no analysts are covering it presently. I am expecting some coverage then and of course more exposure. Additionally, the market cap and EV should be corrected to reflect the true size of NRR and its’ potential. Adding while it’s in the ditch and lost!
