The plan looks like.....

The plan looks like.....Simply crystalizing all the assets individually as they are doing, probably some big portfolios up for sale now discreetly too, offering up a SIB when they have enough $ to pull it off, and depending on market conditions where the unit price is at the time.  So theoretically they can buyback lets say 20m shares before Jan at $8.00.   

Now I dont know if this is to give sandpiper and all big investors exit liquidity (i.e. returning money to shareholders) or its goal is getting the public float a lot tinier for the inevitable full buyout.  Either way it makes sense to me.  why pay $10+ for a share when they can get it much cheaper 

SELL IT ALL AND MOP UP THE FLOAT.   

CC will likely iluminate more intentions
