RE:FibbaI don't see the CEO voluntarily stepping down though I suspect many shareholders would see that as a positive development for the company. Agree it would be the right thing to do as little has been delivered in the last few years. 

I do wonder what the board thinks of the CEO's performance. It's clear what most shareholders think based upon comments from the various investment forums.
