RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NG pricing is KILLING POU......"After doing a little research, it appears that Paramount has about twice as much prospective acreage as ARC in the desired areas. That seems to be pretty much discounted as far as market cap is concerned."

Of course it's discounted, but the market & investors DOES NOT really care. Undevelopped land & a HUGE resource with along RL aren't what the market likes. Yjis isn't the 90's or even the earlier part of 2000's. Things have changed, anf those factors are not what makes a O&G valauble, at least not the primary ones. There's a valied reason why they are being discounted, and you guys just don't seem to get it. If they were so important, a company like CREW would be double the price it's trading now. Because even they have a boat load of undeveloped HUGE resource. But like Pou, the market DOES NOT care and will not give them a premium for it. Why? Because a huge resource & undeveopped land base is COSTLY and more of hinderance in this new paradigm of ESG mandates & regulation.

"If it turns out to be true that some large U.S.oil & gas companies are looking to acquire companies with significant resource profiles, it's doubtful they would overlook POU from an acquisition point of view."

Oh brother... .didn't you just read what i said in my previous post? This isn't the 90's or 2010 anymore, most of the American who came here to develope & profit from the Canadian energy sector are GONE....And they were responsible, along with the Chinese & some other foreigners for 90% of the M&A that occured. Now, that's over & done, totally finished!!!, NO MORE....They've all gone and what you have left are only Canadian led operators. No American company is gonna buy Paramount because there aren't any around anymore & they aren't interested any longer in doing so. There are solid, valid reasons why they all left & this is so.....

You guys should inform yourselves of the facts & realities before working on false assumption or presumptions like that...
