those general corporate purposes may include capital expenditures, the repayment of indebtedness and the financing of acquisitions. The amount of net proceeds to be used for any such purpose will be described in the applicable prospectus supplement. We may invest funds that we do not immediately require in short-term marketable securities

so vague on what it's for, but only makes sens to buy the psx stake.

i would prefer they take on debt (or cash on hand) but then i have no idea what they would be worth?
