I've posted similar thoughts this afternoon without the level of details. Now the dilemna for me is how to view a common share SIB. Lets say they offer up 20m shares for $8.75. Not sure that is closing the gap but it is a good premium to trading price. Is this move for all investors including sandpiper to pull some capital and maintain % ownership.....or is it a mop up before the privitization at $11. Its going to be wild to unpack the SIB if it comes
