Is Eric is switching horses, CPG #1 PickIts great that Eric Nuttall has chosen a new horse to ride, his fund now has a lot of cash and with his buying, and a NCIB in placeforsure, for sure the share float will tighten and we will see appreciation from here.
For the record I made an entry into CPG today, i dipped my toe into the game and bought 10,000 shares at an average price of $11.34 full disclosure.
I am very familar with the Duvernay and the Montney plays CPG is involved in and have watched the company transition closely, nothing short of fantastic.
I would say that CPG is hands down is the #1 midcap montey player, excluding POU.
I was so encouraged with their acquisitions, and the leadership of their CEO, it took some major balls to transform CPG the way they did, and i agree with all his moves to fix CPG from what is was to what it is today.
The Montney in the place to be and CPG has some of the best liquids rich lands, they stole fantastic Duvernay acerage and a top teir play from shell. They have now put themselves in a Teir1 play statophere and they are in the right place for todays energy producers.
CPG with a little help from Commodity prices has a long way to go.
Onward and up
IMHO
