RE:RE:RE:RE:News on crystallexI don't recall the figures, as it was a few years ago, but had to do with the percentage the lenders held in the company when they financially bailed out the company. If you go back some years, you will see that there was one or more court challenges representing shareholders who wanted a bigger piece of the pie, but the courts ruled against them.
