Those warrants must be a steal of a deal

Those warrants must be a steal of a deal

I love seeing tiered warrants; exercisable at different prices dependent upon the year.  They are accompanied by trigger prices as well.

It reminds me of the PP from December 2015.  Remember that one?  Where Minepic made 10 grand selling warrants whose 3rd year exercisable price was $3.50 cents?  Third year trigger price was $4.90 a share.  Yes, nearly 5 bucks a share!  If only!  Why aren’t we selling PPs and warrants like that today?  Has the price of boron dropped so significantly since 2015?  Are we further away NOW than we were 8 years ago?  Minepic; where’s the faith in the investment?  Why the fire sale warrant prices?

Hopefully the people who bought this PP don’t lose 90% of their money as was the case in Minepic’s previous PP.  Not sure anyone could stomach another 7 to 1 followed by a 3 cent share price. I’m sure Minepic feels awful about the whole thing though... or not?

“My conscious is clear and I have tremendous support in my investment community, not found to be deceitful”

When he speaks, we should listen… and learn; he’s an insider after all.  Just remember though; TD signs paycheques for him so that is where his loyalty lies.

I pray that warrant holders are able to exercise to their financial benefit and not lose 90% of their money... again.

good luck!
