RE:Baby steps…DYOD, The financing is not secured ! The financing partner is not secured ! I have no idea why they'd be running to find financing at this point.  They are fools if they sign any agreement before having the license in hand.  Suitors will be coming left and right once that's done.
I hope they just submit Part 2 documents once they have the elaborate in hand and then wait, wait for the mining license and then wait again (and that wait shouldn't be too long), wait until a decent deal, acceptable for long-term shareholders, comes along. Giving half of Piskanja away for a few ten of millions of $ would be another kick in the nuts to shareholders.
