RE:RE:The Business Model

RE:RE:The Business ModelHi NP, thanks for the reply. Operating a sophisticated mining operation at the level there could be in the Baie Verte Peninsula would be a very difficult proposition, I am thinking of Pure Gold's failed attempt at The Madsen Mine in Red Lake. Their property was handed over to West Red Lake Mining. To replace just their one mill at todays prices would be more than $700 million, this according to Frank Guistra.

It seems that with what is happening in The Baie Verte region it will attract one or maybe two of the bigger players who are gold producers. I'm sure they are fully up to speed with the ounces being drilled up by NFG. The Big Three are Barrick, Newmont, and Agnico Eagle. They need to replace ounces if they are to stay on top. This area play has drawn their attention but when or if they will make a move is anyone's guess. I believe it is only a matter of time. Cheers!
