RE:RE:RE:Baby steps… That sounds about right. In my mind, there are layers of protection or objectivity built in all the way though. We have a third party Engineering firm create the Elaborste documents according to CIM standards, or similar standards. It gets submitted with 2 mining experts stamp of approval and opinion, I think Jim Wallis and another. The Review Board are experts that look for BS and any holes in the reporting.
To me, it's nothing but good that the Board reviewed the package and only asked for some new positive and relevant info be added. Take the PEA that we see and add a smidgen to it.
I guess anything can happen but sure seems like an open and shut case to me.
Now maybe the Ministry puts up some roadblocks for political reasons, but seems like an odd thing to do. Sure would open them up to some serious legal fighting and bad PR. The only reason Rio Tinto didn't sue is because they are going to get their mine at some point. Tim better go work that political inside track he is renouned for. Ya right. I doubt he's even been to Serbia in the last year. Maybe the staff are in good there though.
Have a good Sunday friends.
