RE:RE:Could not agree more...lets do it

RE:RE:Could not agree more...lets do itIt's never a straight 50% it would be some fraction and under this scheme yes vote worth more when going to one class but non voting gets to then vote so then that has a value, The voting would give up the one vote worth as 38 million shares would become voting which would dilute the vote of the Ret share today, sure each now would have same after when it comes to div but they RET.A can't vote now but would have under Kent scheme, I would think it's actually more like 62 million shares would be total as Ret and Ret.A would be 50% each of the votes so the RET would have to increase just on the binary of it Vote re Non Vote, 1Ret and 0RET.A, so 1 becomes .50 of a vote and 0 becomes .50 of a vote and RET shareholders would need to purchase more if they wants to maintain the same percentage as before. Both shares are treated the same BUT not when it comes to voting SO YES THERE IS A DIFFERENCE and the difference being 1-0 in terms of voting and this is a difference. IMO
