KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

RE:Post on FNC

RE:Post on FNC This one, I take it...   It looks like Aallyy has his lights on, for sure.

It’s fascinating to see Dragon23 complain, Aallyy, about silence from KWG’s management immediately after you managed to read, analyse and then explain much useful information from KWG’s PRs and MD&As!  If more people would follow your example, they too would realize that "KWG has been doing something to be of benefit to its shareholders on a large scale,"

Consistently, for years, KWG has said that it would vest the infrastructure corridor in the First Nations so they can share equally in the benefits of the Chromium production.  More recently they realized that without a customer to buy the product there can be no sale, and thus no business.  Astutely, KWG has come to see that the necessary customer will be the USA and that Canada and its First People, together, can guarantee that the Ring of Fire's multi-decade source will provide national security to the USA in that critical mineral.

With Magpie Mountain, Canada and the First Nations can do the same for a similarly humongous supply of Iron, Vanadium and Titanium, again, a multi-decade source of three minerals critical to USA national security. I agree, Aallyy, had Drs. Smith and Kamaleddine not been so thoroughly abused for holding shares to control the board of the claim-holding company, there would have been a natural coming to terms for the development of Magpie Mountain. KWG (dba The Canadian Chrome Company (CCC)) has created a necessary path to peace, to facilitate the addition of those critical minerals (plus the clout of Quebec and its Innu people), to the USA national security solution. Success can only guarantee a result that benefits the shareholders of both Fancamp & KWG.

CCC's August 14, 2023 PR about the proposed Magpie deal says that a change of control, takeover, or business combination with Fancamp succeeds only on the basis of approval by all parties, but oddly, even after adjusting its numbers to correct the facts with a de-consolidation, plus a write-down of the statute-barred prior advances from FNC to Magpie, Fancamp's auditors allowed the character assassinations of Drs. Smith and Kamaleddine to remain in their year-end report's notes!   Surely it is time for Fancamp management to acknowledge the value of making peace, and to honour their fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders by working with KWG to provide national security to the USA (and thus Canada) via these projects.

While they are at it Aallyy, both companies could do worse than to hire you as an advisor.  I was very impressed by your analysis!"
