Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). K Forte is a potash fertilizer that is a source of potassium, silicon, and magnesium and micronutrients. BAKS is a combination of K Forte plus three other nutrients that can be chosen by customers according to their crops’ needs. It mines and processes its main feedstock from its 100% owned mineral properties, then sells and distributes the Product. Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

Hello Rudinm. I concur with your observation that Verde is a very different Company today than it was when the share price was last at $1.40. The built out in place capital infrastructure at the mine site, with Plant 2 fully operational and the road from this location to Plan1 fully weatherized, is a significant improvement in value. 

Would you intend to add to your current position if we see any share price decline back below $1? If you are comfortable in your assessment of Verde's longer term prospects, which I believe are sound, does that confidence make you an accumulator in any further share price weakness? Would you double down?
