That sure was good news DoumdiDoum. 


They gave out 25million warrants at .to acquire shares at 24.3 cents.  That is over 10% of the float   And they are good for 3 years.
yes, they did cancel a few warrants that were priced in the .40's and expired much earlier.

not a cheap or free lifeline.

a select few would consider that good news.  I guess it really depends on how you look at it.

Nebari must feel that they could still get their $30 million back if they had to sell the company.  Or they would not have agreed  

(ps  I had no intention to comment, until you brought me up on another board)
