Auxly's Q3-2023 Financials drop Monday, Nov. 13, 2023.
Perhaps Auxly shareholders will be giving thanks while US markets are closed for Turkey Day.

Then on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023 all those who were duped between Nov., 2018 and Feb. 2019 will know how to go about applying for their piece of the C$4mil class action settlement.

If Auxly isn't EBITDA positive in Q3, I fear negotiations regarding extending the credit facility might not go so well but like you say we should at least see a news release.
