RE:here is the USA

RE:here is the USAHi ggnewmex1

I think the US price you should ignore since it is misleading on light volume. The price of $0.550 on the venture is a multi-year low. It is bottom of the barrel.

I do not think any comments from Tim at this stage really make any difference. The Company cannot easily do a raise in this market considering also what has happened here. A $2M raise at $0.05 adds 20M shares and I do not think he can raise that to be honest.

Is he gonna do a 4:1 rollback (the o/s shares is not that high but he may not have a choice), and then do an equity raise at $0.25 with adding just 8M shares to the reduced share count.

The shares are under pressure because no savy buyer buys a big position here knowing the upcoming dillution. Its the smart savy investors who move the needle and they simply wait for the PP to occurr.  Someone has to pay a price for the screwups the past 2 years and its ALWAYS the existing shareholders. Tim then can proceed to focus on Fleurs and I have strong feeling that Moosehead is not gonna work out. Why??

I could very well be wrong and I hope I am, but reading in between the lines the last year and a half it seems like Tim was more excited about the lithium plays and was really hoping.......
Moosehead may be something some junior explorer in a decade or two pursues as it is simply to hard and costly to find the origins of the gold system. Tim spent 5 years trying.

I would hold or shares at these levels, like I am. As I said before I am gonna sell in tranches over the next 12-15 months and keep a wack for the heck of it. Of course things could change but we are back to being a junior exploration stage company with a project in Fleurs. Great but lots of there are thousands of juniors with "good" projects or so they all say. Nice run a few years ago but wow what a way to bungle $10M in cash and be left with nothing except a piece of paper saying what a great explorer you are. It is amusing if not also sad for all of us shareholders.

Cheers
