RE:RE:RE:New financing announced!Was hoping for something also, but they wouldn't have gone to hassle and expense to get financing unless the deal was still a go with SSI. I'm confident now, it's just likely held up by tax approval or other regulatory reasons. I hope when they do announce it they give the market a little tease, maybe preliminary 2023 EBITDA, all we have heard so far is 2022
