RE:RE:Many things to like in this Q1 resultsI was not all that impressed with Q1 numbers, and with the suggestion that business environment generally was less positive although the profit margin improvement was very positive. Just seems things materializing at a somewhat slower pace than originally anticipated.
However, the information and colour offered in the discussion this morning was hugely encouraging, particularly the suggestion that the new "dry " production technique will make graphene price competitive with carbon black which opens a ' ginormous' potential market .
That, along with graphene as an additive in " drilling fluids" are more than enough to keep Nanoxplore profitably expanding production for the forseeable future.
One question: when discussing the financing for Volta, Soroush, I believe, suggested it would come from Debt, Grants and Equity. I wonder if the equity would be through more Nano shares, or if it would be against Volta in a separate entity?
In any case, to my mind the discussion was much more positive and illuminating than the raw Q1 numbers. However, short term holders are likely not particularly happy with the posted numbers and likely to keep selling, hoping to get back in somewhere down the line.
I equally expect that any shares acquired between now and end of tax selling will look pretty inexpensive as some of Soroush's projections become reality through Qs 2,3 and 4.
