Meeting says go ahead.

Meeting says go ahead. The council approved the motion. Silverdale Loftus is moving forward.
Interesting comments from Mayor on density as prescribed by the Province in their plans.
Their guidlines are if the lot is less 280 sq m, 3000 sq ft density is 3 units. This if my math is correct this is a 30 by 100 ft lot, not huge.
Over 281 m, 4 units, and if on a bus route, 6 units.
The dream of a detached ranch is going to get more rare.
Silverdale density may have to go higher to fit Provincial policy.
