Seriously, DE is one of many small cap stocks I hold that are trading at unreasonably low valuations, given their profitability and growth. Small caps are very much out of favour and so you can get them very cheaply and wait for the sentiment to turn. I added a bit to my DE position today after the strong quarterly results.
Sales up 45%, adjusted EBITDA up 97%, profit up 35%. Dividend increses. They probably make about 50 cents a share this year, so the p/e is only about 15 times. There are others you can find that trade at under 10 times, so DE is actually getting a bit more recognition than some others. It has risen from $2.00 3 years ago to $7.59 currently.
