Buybacks

Buybacks
During the past three months, GUD has bought back around 2.4 million shares. Relative to outstanding shares, this is the highest pace for buybacks we've had. If my numbers are correct:

Completed Before Purchased Of Total
Jul.20            143 001              12 054 8,4 %
Jul.21            130 947                6 193 4,7 %
Jul.22            124 754              10 268 8,2 %
Jul.23            114 486                7 786 6,8 %

As you can see, the most they've bought back (relative to outstanding shares) has been 8.4%. Should GUD continue at current pace, they'd be buying back 9.1% of shares. In absolute terms, that's about 9.7 million shares in a year.
