A re-gander -- said weeks ago if XXON ....does not make a move, by end of year, E3 will have a different partner. Chris will not wait around & Livent found that out.
That & these couple August posts, + now POSCO huge move......just re-read the jist of buy-out, etc...

Once successful KPI's, it's only about infrastructure & anything in that range, would be gutter, low-ball offer.
