Answer from myself :
No, No and No.
It just makes no sense for what he said in the past.
IIF is not the best way or timely way to post news which is non existant.
Next IIF to me might be the same, otherwise we might get some thing on the stagnant official web site.

Who knows, they might say "look, we are 50% done for process plant, or they might say nothing.
Pressure must be great for Lewis and maybe too much.
That is the curse of being a CEO.
