The cost of counting beans at Largo What’s even more shocking than Cleave extremely generous compensation is that in order to help Cleave in his CFO role Largo had to employ Luciano Chaves as VP Finance & Administration who was finally let go in June 2022 with a termination payment of C$789,785. I bet that there is also some kind of a “chief accountant” counting beans in Largo’s Finance department as well. That begs the question: What the hell does the CFO of Largo do all day to earn an annual compensation of C$1.2M?
