RE:RE:RE:What is management doing?I don't know much about SEC rules or anything like that. I'm a nobody. But let's say a company (any) receives game changing news the first day of that 10 day quiet period technically they're allowed to remain silent until quiet period is over? Or they have to remain silent for that period? Also another question would be don't the SEC go over or approve NRs before they are actually released? Sorry if those are stupid questions for someone with your experience.
