It owns a 100% interest in the Granite Creek gold project located at the intersection of the Getchell gold belt and the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Humboldt County, Nevada. It owns a 100% interest in the McCoy-Cove project. It holds a 100% interest in the FAD project located along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Eureka County, Nevada.

RE:Reason For Continuous Decline in Share Price...?No guarantee that they'll have a "partner"....doesn't help their liquidity situation which grows worse by the day.  They'll be begging the market soon enough for more millions for too many projects.  If you have to bring in a partner you're no longer in control of your destiny. Any "partner" will be dictating the terms and I80 did all the work...."may I have another sir?"  lol
