RE:The company needs to do a 1for3 reverse split You must be short this stock to want a reverse split. That is a great way to invite shorts for dinner. I lived through the ObE 7 for 1 reverse split and it dropped like a rock on the news. Eventually it was worth 1/7 of its value. I hope your idea gets rejected with prejudice.
