Im just trying to understand. What exactly, specifically, did Roger misrepresent? 
 
Is reading far more into what was actually said, really him misleading? "big" and "advancing" are subjective to what they imply. 
 
Is interpreting every development in the very best, most positive way possible and pointing to imminent BO, really misleading? (well it is, but not by Roger or Cynthia)
 
How many times did we hear "Is he trying to tell us something?" lol
 
Think about the people on here who questioned whether any of those developments really necessarily mean a BO is imminent. They were essentially called idiots.
 
When Steven was brought on, logically it would imply that a BO was not imminent. It would be odd to not have a PR person for years and then bring him on right before a BO when you dont need him. Even that was spun.
 
As per the MRE, did he explicitly say they will 100% never do one? IIRC I dont believe so. They said it was not in shareholders best interest. And that you dont always need one for a sale. Things change.

As I presumed, more drilling to come.
