RE:RE:RE:Unusual AsksYes they gave it to shareholders hard, and effectively stealing the asset from them. Litigation is a long process however Mark Dunphy (the director who calls the shots) is a rich lister, which could make a class action in Canada where the company is domiciled, interesting. I would think there is enough information to make a case to run with. PM me if there is interest in discussing our options.
