Seems like an incredible opportunity to me. Doubt it lasts. This is like Covid lows all over again. Office is out of favor but Dream Office is insanely cheap.

117% natural leases renewed in 2023 with touring activity returning to normal, signifying that 2024 is likely going to be decent barring a great depression.
