Not a well-researched commentary from Mr. Gardner.

He seems to be channelling the attitude of the typical portfolio manager: avoid retail, but especially avoid even the slightest taint of office exposure; fon't even bother looking at the financials, cap rates, or the merits of individual properties' sell, sell, sell regardless of valuation.
