Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC

Alternate Symbol(s):  V.RHC.WT.B | RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:Enticing

RE:EnticingAgree Bridge. It is enticing if they can get access to capital.  They are mired in a 3 year downtrend (since January 2023) which is very powerful.  They need a reversal and the establichment of an uptrend. A reversal is awfuly hard to predict.

The first five 9's helium going into a trailer might have helped, but it was undermined in a hot minute by financing a relatively small amount of money with a significant dilution.

Nazare could be a game changer.  But it would take 50 million of more to drill some horizontal wells and build a plant much bigger than Steveville plant.  To do that they need to find a JV partner with deep pockets.

They might be able to drill one well at Cadillac and maybe one at the new 40 mile Alberta projecct, and then test those two and the Val Marie and Ogema wells already drilled.   But there is no way to produce any of that without a partner or an offtake contract with a big industrial gas company that would put in the equipment but pay a lower price. Or a sale of the company at  a "premium" that would provide little return for investors whho bought during long brutal downtrend. There migth be a good return for any shares bougght at current price,.  And for the buyers in current round of financing with their dirt cheap shares and free warrants,

They talk in the current corporate presentation about speed of execution, increased competitive advantage in cost of capital, and being a natural borrower able to access conventional asset-backed facilities to build future purifications facilities.  All of that is HIGHLY speculative.
