I honestly never opened their report and hold no position on that one but I glanced over some of the highlights, seems like they too are making the right moves to drive out expenses and improve sales (mainly medical). 

The whole US Legalization hype back when Biden took office resulted in alot of companies making plans to expand on promises that never materialized.  That betrayal by Biden cost companies and investors plenty but the road to recover is unfolding IMHO
