Just goes to show what losers populate this siteWe get confirmation that the Planning Commission is going to give Sage Ranch the green light on Monday, and none of the Jeff boosters on this site are buying? Where is Sven with all of his bluster? Where are his friends? Why aren't they buying hand over fist? Were they just paid shills? 

GRB remains close to multi-year lows, one would think at least a few of them would be buying?
